Powell Wheels From The 90's Info (pics)

I purchased these in the early 90's. Out of these pictured none of them seem to be same size. Any info would be great.

i think they are roller blade wheels?

na roller blade wheels are way thinner the only thing i can say about them is that they are prototype wheels which means they were r&d wheels
