Order tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We now offer Next day and 2 day shipping.

Based upon product availability, orders will generally be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order unless it is a pre order or special request order. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), USPS or Federal Express. All shipments for 2 day and Next day delivery will be shipped UPS or FedEx. Any regular order received after 2:00 PM PT will be shipped out the next day. Weekends and holidays do not count as we are closed. All shipping and deliveries are done on business days.

Our normal Fed Ex and UPS shipping time is 5 days to the east coast and next day in Southern California. US Postal Service, Fed Ex Smart Post and UPS Sure Post delivery time is 2 to 18 days. Skate One Corp does not process or ship orders from the warehouse on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

US PO Boxes are now accepted as a domestic ship to address only and will be shipped by Smart Post or Sure Post. Paid ground service will be shipped UPS or FedEx.

International PO Boxes are not accepted as a ship to.

Orders under $60.00 with the $6.50 flat rate domestic shipping may be shipped by Smart Post or Sure Post.

Shipping Costs

Skate One currently offers free shipping for all domestic orders over $60 and a flat fee of $6.50 for all orders under $60 inside the United States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). Certain heavy or oversized items may be excluded from free shipping.

Online shipping rates are for online orders only and do not apply to phone orders or mail orders.

UPS Two day shipping rate is $12.00-$48.00
UPS Next day shipping rate is $24.00-$125.00

• 2 day (up to 4 lbs): $24.00
• 2 day (4 to 8 lbs): $48.00
• 2 day (8 to 22 lbs): $72.00
• 2 day (23 lbs. and over): $96.00
• Next day (up to 4 lbs): $48.00
• Next day (4 to 8 lbs): $76.00
• Next day (8 to 22 lbs): $100.00
• Next day (23 lbs. and over): $125.00

Orders from Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico

While Skate One currently will ship the above locations, please be aware of the following:

• Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders now have a choice between ground and UPS 2 day.
• Skate One Corp is not responsible for any duties or customs your country charges, all customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Some delays in shipping may be expected. Orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
• Recipient is responsible for all customs and duty charges.
• No free shipping for any orders, regardless of amount.

International Shipping Policy

• All international orders will be shipped Fed Ex Priority class unless otherwise requested.
• All packages are shipped fully insured and guaranteed for delivery with tracking information available.
• All orders received by noon on any week day will be shipped out that same day.
• All orders received after noon time any week day will be shipped out the following day.
• All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
• All duties/customs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Skate One Corp does not cover these additional charges by your customs dept.
