@jb, No, they don't get ridden anymore. The blue ripper is the cushiest board I have ever ridden with old ass 85a mini cubes and urethane risers. The red ripper is my last board I've had I since 85. The blue S&S I got awhile back.
And by the way, I know in another thread we all talked about this damn site not being able to post on cell phones, but I am posting on my kids Windowsphone right now and it is working
*@skully We just can't post pics from mobile devices
Like seeing the stash fellas, keep them coming. Love the rippers and the black collection going there. I'll throw my og ripper and claw up on here when I get a chance. They're beat to hell but I've had them since buying them at my local shop in the 80s.
@Sharks Killer man! Maybe that deck restorer dude that jakethesnake was talking about has tips. My wishlist grail right now is a clean black claw.
Finally got a shot of my favorite extended family members. These guys have been hanging around my garages and storage sheds for years and somehow avoided my parent's trash bin through the late 90's.
Lucky! My patents threw out my Television ed trmpleton slick which was still pretty rad. Also a couple of 90's blinds and alien workshops went in the bin as "they were in their way" that TV though that I lost I've never seen anywhere. Not even one pic on google images. I'll share soon
Haha sounds like what happened to one of my ogs...disappeared right after a garage sale (yard sale for our American hillbilly amigos). When I asked my old lady about it she just looked sheepish and got defensive lol case closed
It's not a "collection," I see it as just a bunch of decks I haven't used yet. But some of them I might not use, like an original red 87 G&S Ken Fillion, which is in pretty good condition, I almost feel bad eventually shredding it, since G&S isn't really even around anymore. And an original 87 Street Cab in pretty good condition, which is the other one I think I might hang on to...
I like the cab with the circle banner and his name around it. I think it's rad that hoopla have an elephant on one of their boards,...it's kind of a big FUCK YOU to V in my eyes ha ha ha ha
haha actually the elephant is their main logo so they have it on alot of their boards u can go to hooplaskateboards.com to check out their stuff or just go to the completes section on here
