I was inspired by Tex(cwalker3) and his rebellious image of his current riders leaning on the paintwork of his Veedub, and I thought a thread in honour of it would be cool!
Do it Chris! It's cool to see what we all ride. I would've done them on my Ford but it's outside on the street and the camber of the road is precarious!
Alright, new riders to the collection. I retired my Chocolate Eldridge 8", and put this Olson 8 together. Art by Cliver. I've been trying to use an 8 more; don't laugh, but I'm teaching myself some flip tricks at age 41.
I leaned my bike and hockey stick into the picture as well, because...why the heck not?
Awesome backlighting(I didn't think of that, but you did start this trend so you have more tricks up the master's sleeve)! Really complements the hot pinks Tex!
You're missing the point bb! It's about the rebellious nature of skateboarders who have no concern about showing their rider leaning against their ride. Simple!
She's a 1964 Mk1 Mgb. My first was a white 1968 Mk3 Mg Midget with black soft top. Same(had to replace the throttle cable today, clean some rust off, fix the aerial, then took it for a run). I'm keen to know what Skully's throbbing beast is! I can't wait for you to post one too Jb!
