Bones Hardcore Bushings - difference between #2 and #3?

Hey guys, I was going to buy some Bones bushings and on the website I see different packaging for the same hardness' labeled as #2 and #3. Can anybody tell me what the difference is?

The only difference is the packaging and the graphics on the packaging. The bushings are the same. Tell'em TheFarter2.0 sent ya!

They also added magnesium washers to the package, but the bushing are the same.
