    Just to make you crave them more the fries are made from one type of potato only, to give the sufficient length. These potatoes are sprayed with certain toxins to prevent parasite infestations and possible other conditions that could wipe the potato stocks which would be devastating for McDonalds. Once harvested the potatoes are stored in certain sheds for at least a month so the toxins can leach into the air and be drawn off. If a human enters into the shed it is a certain death sentence! Free fries.....yummy! Lol

    I’m quite fond of my own chips! Spuds, kumera and carrot, cut into 1/2”,1/3” & 1/4” respectively and cooked in a dry fryer.
