Wheel gone AWOL

I have a set of Swiss Six bearings that I have owned for roughly two years. I clean them with the Bones Bearing Cleaner monthly and lubricated them with speed cream twice a month. About six months ago I replaced all of the retainers. Last night while skating at my local indoor park, One of my wheels left me. When I finally found my wheel, it was obvious that my outer bearing simply exploded. I didn't think this was actually possible with Bones Bearings! Anyone else have this type of issue?
