I bought a mid 2000 complete almost Mullen deck it has the old white wheels that have white spokes in center like a two piece wheel
The board is a almost impact with the tensor impact trucks

it's hard to say but they remind me of the old live wire wheels which would have something like that

hey i found them! they are hubba wheels from the early 2000s! the photo i have is of a different colored core but it is the same exact one and i found it in a ccs catalog lol here u go:

i already posted a photo of his wheels so no need to worry about them and tensor has never made wheels
