My Nordic Skull has NMB bearings!

Pulled the wheels on this old NS board and the bearings in the wheels were so black I couldn't even read them! After doing some pre cleaning I learned that they are old school NMBs. I am going to let them sit in alcohol tonight, reoil and reinstall them tomorrow to see how much better they get.

If they still suck I have a set of GMNs ready to go in.

So I cleaned and oiled the bearings and although they are better than they were, I still feel like GMN or Reds roll better. This board is all original though, and does not look like it was maintained, so these NMBs may just be shot.

I tried those bearings one more time in different wheels and they still suck. They had their time, but that time has passed. I will be upgrading this weekend. Can't have Per be upset with me!!
