slight problem - Welinder deck
I bought a PP Per Welinder board off of the Bay last year, solely because I wanted to ride an old school deck again. It's got wear, but looked pretty legitimate to me and not a reissue. I've ridden it a few times and I absolutely love it.
The problem: I pulled the trucks today to replace the old, rusted, loose junk that was on it, and to my surprise, under the rear truck, it is dated................ 1984!! I knew they made multiple versions in the 80s, but to see one with 1984 on it blew my mind!!!
Should I stop riding it and make it wall art? I did not yet spot a serial number on it under the front nor rear trucks.
