Posting a funny experience when I went to buy my bushings at one of the local skate shops:

    Dude selling them to me was maybe 18. Got to talking and told him about the Ripper deck I had in the 80s. He was really happy to hear the history. I went and looked at their wall of decks and saw an orange Roskopp reissue on the wall. I said "cool, I have an original one in black on my wall at home". Kid says NO WAY!!

    I tell him I have a picture of it on my phn if he'd like to see, he says absolutely!

    I bring it up and while showing him, I hear a voice to my right say "can I see?" I turn and there's this guy like my age 40s-50s, smiling. I said yep and showed him as well. Just goes to show this hobby stays with you your whole life.
