Powell Art question...Todd McFarlane art?
I have a Powell skateboard deck from the late 90's early 2000's and I'm trying to figure out who was the artist. The art is of a hot chick holding up shrunken heads with a full moon and bats overhead. Here is a link to a picture of the deck:

The art style reminds me of Todd McFarlane's early work on the Amazing Spider Man comics, especially the way the moon is drawn with the bats and the girl's hair. Can anyone at Powell please confirm who the artist for this deck is? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
