"When we skateboard, our front foot is where our primary strength is, it is where we rest most of our weight and it is our back foot that we use more like a rudder, the back foot is used more for sensitivity. As such, I have always liked park or vertical boards that had a bit of a narrower tail. I like the narrower tail as it allows for a bit more sensitivity with my back foot. I can hang my back toe over the board in certain instances which gives me a bit more feel and leverage and I can ride on the ball of my foot with a bit more feeling being so close to the edge of the board than I could otherwise with a wider tail. And the slimmed down tail just gives the overall profile a sleeker feel." -Stacy
