    When I was much younger there was a fibreglass quarter pipe with wooden coping at Bar Beach and another at Broadmeadow Skateline. I think they were more for roller skaters in the late 70’s early 80’s. Pretty hectic the one at Bar....all wall, and a hole in the middle 2 feet up from the base, so you had to negotiate it like a pool light/box! Very fast, and more forgiving than concrete. Lol

    outdoor fiber glass will rot and get sun damaged
    and its expensive/time consuming to fix
